HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Your coach builds your training plan from scratch, using information from VO2 max test and strength evaluation which are done at the first two sessions. The recorded information from the test is also used to calculate your personal training intensity zones. Second VO2 max test and strength evaluation are done during September session in order to track progress and training. Once a month on Sunday (see dates above under DATES & CURRICULUM section) group comes together for 2.5 hours to work on specific aspects of technique. Every session has a video analysis in the middle of the session so everyone has an opportunity to have instant visual feedback and correct technique right away.
