Living Lively Celebration of Life

WHAT - A walk or pole stroll or CAT ski

WHEN - 8:30 a.m. on Saturday October 2, 2010

WHERE - Roland Olson Forest Preserve Shelterhouse Stuga - 9669 Atwood Rd. Roscoe, IL
Directions - east on Rte 173, north (turn left) on Belvidere Rd., north (turn right) on Atwood Rd.

AIM / OBJECTIVE - Aerobic activity - maybe CAT ski - friendship - snow talk

VENUE - Loops on grass / dirt trail: 1, 2.6, or 3 miles in the park - or 8 miles on limestone trail

EQUIPMENT - Walking or running shoes, ski boots if skiing, ski poles, CAT skis (we have 6 pair)
NOTE: Dale Niggeman will be there with info about and demos of CAT skis

REFRESHMENTS - Pop (DP, of course!), water, Barbeque, chips, cookies and apples
